Juliano
Psychology and marketing aren't separate disciplines -
people are the strategy.
I'm Juliano, based in Manila. I studied human behavior and brand strategy because I've always wanted to understand what makes people care. After spending time in talent and culture at LUXASIA, I'm focused on bringing that same curiosity into marketing work.
I grew up drawn to two questions that seem separate but keep leading back to the same answer: what drives people, and how do you move them? Psychology gave me the first half - the frameworks for understanding motivation, perception, and decision-making. My minor in marketing strategy gave me the second - the craft of turning that understanding into something that resonates.
At LUXASIA, I worked in HR and talent - a people-focused role that taught me how company culture and brand identity feed each other in a real organization. That experience confirmed what I'd suspected: the best marketing starts with genuine human insight, not assumptions. I'm now pursuing opportunities where I can build on that intersection.
